Venturing through the South, 'Ceremony of the South' isn't just about finding the finest ingredients. In this season, we're redefining how Southern Thai cuisine and daily life come together.

For the wines, we present in this list are all hand-crafted by small, artisan winemakers who had put passion, love and dedication into their wines. You will discover the indigenous grape variety and some of the countries or regions that you may merely find in Thailand where some of your favorites grape varietal or countries that you are familiar with are also available to cherish you with every sip you take.
