Exploring through Royd's culinary lens, our team leaded by Chef Suwijak (Mond), invests extensive time in exploring the intricacies of Southern-Thai’s culinary tapestry. We delve deep into the historical roots, traditions, and techniques that have shaped the the Southern-Thai cuisine for centuries. This profound understanding allows us to curate a menu that pays homage to the past while embracing the innovative spirit of the present.

Our menus will seasonly change depending on the local ingredients at a time as we use only the freshest and locally-sourced ingredients. Also, we redefine the so-called luxury fine dining into a friendly and welcoming place as we believe that dining is an experience that encompasses all your senses.
